Sittin' Fitness - 342612

This class focuses on functional strength training – a key element to maintaining mobility in ADLA (adult daily living activities). Using hand weights, bands, and medicine balls, we’ll focus on exercises that can be done in and out of the chair. We’ll also practice balance to help decrease the risk of falls. If your mobility is not up to snuff, this class is perfect for you!
