Active Agers: Mobility, Flexibility and Strengthening Program - 342611

A fitness class designed to help build muscle strength and mass and preserve bone density, independence, and vitality.
Using body weight, hand weights, bands, medicine balls, kettle bells and more, we’ll incorporate circuit and high intensity interval training (HIIT) drills, modified for Agers at varied levels of performance ability. This class is for those who prefer small groups and want to have fun exercising!
No class 9/4, 9/22, 10/27, 11/17, 11/24 and 12/25
