If you understand how to use a manual SLR camera, want to learn about NIGHT photography and how to handle low lighting conditions then this course is for you. You'll learn what equipment you need, how time of day affects your shots and what makes particular photos appealing to your viewer. The field trip will give beginners and experienced photographers the opportunity to be closely guided by a professional photographer. Bonita will provide assistance on an individual basis with camera settings, composition, moods, lighting creative expression and how to capture what your eye sees. This class will not cancel due to weather. All levels of photographers are welcomed. Registration is limited. A field trip is scheduled for Sunday, 8/6 with an individual critique of photographs to follow. A 48 Hour cancellation is required.

Do you have boxes, bags, and albums full of family photos and memorabilia that needs to be sorted, organized and scanned? Here is your opportunity to bring the photos to class, where you will learn the ABC’s of photo organizing. After sorting and organizing your boxes of photos, you will choose some of your favorite photos for a free digital scanning. At the end of this class you will walk away with 80 - 100 scanned photos, or six photo album sides, to add to your digital collection. You are encouraged to bring a flash drive or an external drive to class for transporting your scanned memories. Bring your laptop if you need help creating folders/albums for your scanned photos
