UK International Indoor Soccer Camp Coaches are primarily from Great Britain and have been specifically selected for their expertise in teaching children the game of soccer. The camp program is age appropriate, child centered and designed to work on specific technical skills and tactical situations. Daily topics include: passing and receiving, ball control, dribbling, turning and shooting. The coaches work with the same group of children for the whole week and establish a rapport that supports the development of the individual player. UK International's INSPIRE curriculum incorporates promotion of positive behaviors and life-skills into each day of camp. Ages 4-6 years
Vision Soccer Training Shooting, Finishing and Goal Keeper campJoin Vision Soccer and and their team of international coaches during your spring beak for a unique training camp which focuses on one of the most exciting and important parts of soccer –SCORING GOALS! This camp helps players develop all of the key skills required to be more effective in front of goal. Correcttechnique, 1v1’s in the penalty area, breakaways, shooting from distance, scoring under pressure, these are just some of the key concepts players will focus on each day. Goal Keeper CampIf your son or daughter is an aspiring goal keeper then this exciting, week long skills camp is exactly what they need. Daily activities will help players develop all key goal keeping skills in a fun but challenging environment. Key topics will include basic handling, shot stopping and diving, positioning, plus much more. At the end of each day keepers will have the chance to test their skills against the participants who are attending the Vision Soccer Training shooting and finishing camp. NOTE: All campers should bring shin guards and a water bottle and keeper gloves for the keepers.

Camp will include instruction, games, fun contests, and a mini-tournament on Friday. Please bring your racquet and one unopened can of tennis balls. Age 6-17 years.

This summer camp will give your child a great overview of taekwondo and all it entails. Blocking, striking, kicking, self-defense specifically designed for kids and even nunchuks! Get ready to become strong and powerful! 6th Degree Black Belt, Karen Bowman, and her staff will keep your kids moving and working towards the goals of confidence and strength. After all the taekwondo, we'll cool off at the Aquatic Center one block from the studio. Campers should wear loose clothing for kicking and jumping. Bring a lunch, water bottle, swimsuit, towel and sunscreen. Entry into the Aquatic Center is included in camp fee. Ages 6-13
With SkyHawks AcademyFlag Football is a fun and safe introduction to America's Game. Participants learn the fundamentals of passing, rushing, receiving and defense along with the rules, strategy and play-calls of the game. The camp ends with the Skyhawks Super Bowl, where campers show-off their new skills with their new friends. All participants receive a t-shirt, football, and player evaluation. Participant-to-coach ratio is 12:1. Participants should bring appropriate clothing, two snacks, a water bottle, running shoes or cleats, and sunscreen. Ages 5-7
Campers will spend the morning at Cummings Family Skate & Bike Park riding the parks, learning cool new tricks and then board a city bus to the Folsom Aquatic Center to eat lunch, swim and cool down! Campers are supervised by camp staff while at the park, on the bus, and at the pool. Campers will return to Cummings Family Park at 4pm each day. Campers need to bring their own bike, scooter, and or skate board each day. All equipment will be safely stored at the park during visits to the Aquatic Center. Helmets, knee and elbow pads are required in the skate park. Campers need to bring a swim suit, towel, and sunscreen. (Ages 8 - 13)
NEW Cricket Camp with Folsom Cricket Club.Cricket is a bat-and-ball game played between two teams of eleven players on a cricket field, at the center of which is a rectangular 22-yard-long pitch with a wicket (a set of three wooden stumps) sited at each end. Cricket is an exciting game that fosters the fundamental values of team spirit and leadership. Ages: 6-16
Fun in the Sun with UK International Soccer CampsOur program is for the youngest players just beginning the game. Our focus is fun, exciting games to build confidence and teach the fundamentals of soccer. Within this curriculum players will cover ball familiarization, small group dynamics, coordination skills and social interaction, all with maximum participation in a fun oriented environment. Participants should wear shin-guards, bring a water bottle and sun screen.Ages 4-6
